Flights Changed Without Notice Very disappointing. The company changes flights without any prior notification — I only found out about my flight being switched during online check-in. My official complaint email has been completely ignored, with no response at all. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

We purchased flight tickets through your service from Tashkent to Dubai for March 11, 2026, with the return flight scheduled for March 18, 2026. The flight has been cancelled, which has been confirmed by the airline due to the closure of Dubai International Airport by the authorities. As this cancellation occurred due to circumstances beyond the passengers’ control, we kindly request a full (100%) refund for the purchased tickets. Please process the refund at your earliest convenience. I bought a ticket through Aviasales and paid you. There's no "Refund Offer" in my section, only flight cancellations. I can't submit a claim through your app because I only have a flight cancellation listed. I'm not canceling the flight, the airline is canceling it! You didn't even notify me by email! I'm emailing you, and you're not responding! I'm messaging you on WhatsApp, and you're not responding there either! Give me a full refund!

On April 19, 2026, I bought through Turna.com Belavia Antalya–Minsk ticket (PNR OIEJN6) for 5,888.76 liras. I paid for the ticket and received the e-ticket by mail. The next day, I had a connecting flight Minsk–Moscow (Sheremetyevo) Belavia B2 975 on 04/20 at 07:40, for which I paid 6 648 hryvnia. On the day of departure, I arrived at Antalya Airport (Terminal 2) and found out at check-in that I was not in the system at all, despite the paid and sent Turna.com the ticket. For about two hours before check-in closed, airport staff contacted Turna.com but the company could not be forced to enter my data into the database, and I was not put on the flight. Because of this, my paid flight from Minsk to Moscow was disrupted. I called the Turna.com and I wrote letters, they promised to "sort it out", then they sent me to "write on the site", where there is actually no suitable form for my case. To date, there is no refund, no real help from Turna.com I didn't get it. Through fault Turna.com I lost the cost of two fully paid tickets, incurred additional travel expenses between Alanya and Antalya and severe stress, and I consider this level of service and responsibility unacceptable.
