I called to find out about the room rate. A man picked up the phone and began questioning in an incredulous voice: who will arrive, how old, from where, at what time I will leave and come. In the end, he asked how much he was willing to pay for the room, when I called the approximate amount (without even seeing the number), he said that it was not enough and hung up. The man clearly lacks friendliness in dealing with customers. I don't recommend it.

One huge minus!We were on our way to an event.We booked almost 20 people with children in a month-I took a decent prepayment.As a result, the horror is terrible!Unsanitary conditions are complete, they did not even deign to wipe the dust in any room, smelly red refrigerators with mold - they did not even turn on, because it was scary to put something there in the kitchens, crumbs, garbage, mouse poop in the cupboards...The only thing I did was to heat the house, but I had to go to bed in clothes from head to toe, because the beds are creepy!Photos from 20 years ago do not match!!!The fact that there are no dishes or towels was said on the eve of the late evening on the phone...I didn't even take a photo -it didn't occur to me to capture it...
