Amazing works by many outstanding artists. A huge collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings. Here you can see with your own eyes the masterpieces of Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, Botticelli. The interior of the gallery is magnificent. It is an indescribable feeling to walk through the gallery, which has existed for almost five centuries. There are benches where you can sit and relax. Impressions - for a lifetime.

This is not the first time I have been to Florence.
But this time, for the first time, I lived in Florence for a few days.
The Ufizzi Gallery should be visited by everyone who visits Florence.
The Ufizzi Gallery is a must-visit.
The Ufizzi Gallery is beautiful not only because you can see the works of Alessandro Botticelli in it.
His Birth of Venus and his Spring are certainly mesmerizing.
However, the Ufizzi Gallery has many other exhibits, paintings, and sculptures that delight!
If you are visiting Florence, besides admiring the replica of the statue of David, visit the Ufizzi Gallery!
You definitely won't regret it!

It is not clear how one can evaluate the beautiful.
The main thing is to buy tickets in advance!!! As in all museums.
And enjoy!
4 hours must be laid. So that you can watch it slowly, sit and relax, return to what you liked and once again absorb the beautiful.

The Uffizi! One of the most famous art museums in the world, and for me the best, if only because it can be viewed in one visit, unlike, for example, the dimensionless Louvre or the Hermitage. In March, Florence is full of tourists from different countries, but despite all my fears, I managed to get into the gallery after only twenty minutes in line. The ticket costs 25 euros, not cheap, but the impressions justify any costs. The audience crowds in front of Botticelli's "Spring" and "The Birth of Venus", Leonardo da Vinci's amazing "Annunciation"... You can't count all the masterpieces. In addition to the main exhibition, a collection of self-portraits is offered, which includes Rembrandt, Rubens, and even our Kustodiev. The Uffizi Palace itself is beautiful, with windows overlooking the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) across it.

Of course, it's worth a visit, if only to see Leonardo da Vinci's famous Annunciation and Botticelli's Spring. Well, and a little bit of Raphael.

It is very strange to rate museums. Of course, the Uffizi Gallery is magnificent, incomparable, interesting and unforgettable. Although, some Russian citizens like to compare European museums with the Hermitage, the Russian Museum or the Tretyakov Gallery. No, they are completely different. The Uffizi Gallery is much smaller, but it does not lose its charm and significance at all. And the big plus is that you can get around it in a day. M.B. someone will need my advice. We go to Rome, and from there to other cities for one day on high-speed trains. We went to Florence once at the end of March and went on vacation. We did not buy tickets to the Uffizi in advance, we arrived at 10 a.m., crowds of schoolchildren. We didn't get there, because the queue is huge. We went the second time in early February, booked tickets for 10 a.m., and paid 5 euros over the ticket price. They came, but there was no one at the ticket office. You could buy it on the spot and go straight through. But on the other hand, we enjoyed the beauty of the gallery in a free atmosphere, there were few visitors. But after 2 hours it was already crowded, there are a lot of Asian excursions, they are quite noisy. I really wanted to see Botticelli's paintings, they hang in a separate room. There is direct light and heat coming from them. I am happy to go to this museum again, not to inspect and comprehend everything that is there in one visit.

It is impossible to visit Florence and not visit the Ufizzi Gallery! By the way, do you know why it is called Ufizzi? Because this was once the location of offices where characters like Botticelli worked! And you may have something that goes well with the masterpieces of Italian painting and sculpture!! The place is a must-visit!!!!

A huge collection of paintings and statues, there is always a queue at the entrance, but it moves very fast. The golden bridge is visible from the window. We didn't take the audio guide, we enjoyed it in silence :) The water at the entrance in a large bottle was taken away, a small one was allowed. A great break from walking in the sweltering heat. For some reason, Hermaphrodite and painted ceilings were especially impressed.

It's worth going early in the morning and spending the whole day there. Enjoying every piece of art! A wonderful gallery, where the most worthy exhibits are collected. There is a cafe, you can take a break and have lunch. I highly recommend it!

A magnificent museum. we were in early February 2018. They visited on their own. The museum is simply huge. Magnificent sculptures and paintings. You won't be able to see the whole museum in one day.The architecture of the museum itself is impressive. if you walk through any of the galleries of the museum, pay attention to the ceilings. That's very beautiful. They are painted with frescoes. I liked the room where the ceiling in the form of a dome is decorated with real shells

A great opportunity to get closer to the masterpieces of Davinci, Batticelli,
Caravaggio et al. A ticket for one day of visit costs 26€ , 12€ audio guide. The queue for tickets took 40 minutes, in general, not long by the standards of a museum of this scale. I recommend a mandatory visit!

It is impossible to give any assessment to this museum. Even 5 stars won't be enough for him. A huge number of masterpieces by great artists and sculptors are collected here. In addition, the management of the Galleries (that's what the Italians say - not a Gallery, since there are several galleries under one roof) does everything possible to ensure that the museum meets the requirements of an "accessible environment"). It is comfortable for everyone here.

At the Uffizi, everyone is scared by queues at the ticket office. We were on January 8, 2020 - the halls were deserted, we went on a group tour until the museum closed. At the entrance, you can take a booklet with a plan of the halls (though in English).

At the Uffizi Gallery, we were struck by the lack of a wardrobe (we were there in January)- the visitors wore outerwear and also carried backpacks and bags. Of course, there was strict control at the entrance at a modern level. This is probably justified by the fact that the halls are quite cool - Italians save on heating. Unfortunately, on electricity too. Some rooms are frankly dark. This unfortunate circumstance prevented us from fully enjoying the magnificent collection of stunning masterpieces of painting and sculpture by the greatest masters.
