Level 3 Local Expert

The best pub I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is top-notch, the bar, cocktails, and bartenders are excellent, and the kitchen is also really good. It’s a great place to spend time both with family and on your own.

Food is insanely mid. The atmosphere is fine but the amount of smoke makes your eyes burn. But the cherry on top was the horrible service I was provided with. I kindly let the waitress know that the food was burnt and ask for nothing else. She proceeds to give me attitude and call the manager. The manager offers a new free portion, and i accept. The waitress approached and threw the new portion on the table and says “eat this, then you will know was burnt food is” implying that they intentionally burnt it (it tasted the same btw). The story is much longer but its unfortunate that the waitress got no consequences for the way she treated a customer. Never again
