I liked the store. My wife was very pleased with the product range and quality. During my short stay in Almaty, I visited it several times. And that says a lot. Come here for the care and beauty of the beautiful half of humanity! I recommend it!

The service is zero. I didn't just come to protest. I went to buy specific products. No one came up to me, even though there was no one in the store. I asked the seller if there was another fragrance besides the ones in the window. But, with her slurred speech and indistinct voice, she was trying to shout something from the cash register. What a bottom, gentlemen. Disrespect. But, I needed to buy a product. So I kept asking. The seller doesn't know what's in the window at all. He doesn't know what flavors there are. She offered to replace Mist's testers and test lotions. For a moment, they have different flavors. To which I replied that the brand does not have such a lotion for this fragrance! But, slurred speech again. The receptionist was apparently sprawled out on the couch with her phone. As a result, I bought it half the price in ZIA. There was a choice, and the prices were much lower.
