The kind and pretty sculpture of traveling artists is located in the center of Vitebsk, not far from the summer amphitheater, where the Slavyansky Bazaar takes place. There is a sign that it is a gift to the city from Honored Artist Nikolai Chelnokov. Some parts of the sculpture are already pretty polished and shiny, because they say if you rub an accordion, then a good mood will be ensured, if a clown's nose, then luck awaits, if coins, then finances will flow like a river, if you shake a poodle's paw, then good meetings are waiting. She's a very pretty figure, and I recommend visiting some fun traveling artists.
