We went with a girl on 09.02 to eat our favorite desserts—mochi. At the entrance, we asked if there were places for two, to which we received an affirmative answer. The hall turned out to be completely empty and the girl took a place convenient for her. When I wanted to sit next to her, the waitress asked if this girl was with me, I replied that she was with me, After that the waitress literally told us where we should sit. And they put us next to a company of 4 people who came in at the same time as us. Another couple of young people were planted next to this company. After the visit, the question remained: why was it necessary to crowd all visitors into one corner when the hall was empty? Even if the table we originally wanted to sit at was reserved, the waitress should have asked us to choose another place ourselves, rather than telling us where to sit)
It is also worth noting that this is not the first time we visit your institution, and we always observe that it is the waitress girls who are polite and courteous to those customers who are more likely to tip them (if students come in, they are always treated disdainfully, and I'm sure you understand what I mean). This is a problem for many establishments, but the management should explain to their employees that for them all customers should be equal.

I can't say anything bad, but there are a couple of nuances.
It's a very beautiful place with its own atmosphere, but we had to wait outside in the rain at 17:00 to be let in, they didn't even let us warm up in the hallway.
Very tasty and energetic ramen, special thanks to the cook for it, but sashimi was just killed with all the sauces. After all, what is the essence of sashimi: to feel the taste of fish itself, and not other additives, we dip just a little bit into soy and do not pour absolutely everything in any case. There are 2 options why they did this: like the author's submission (but apparently the author is far from understanding what sashimi is); or far from the freshest fish.
A very tasty dessert in coconut, very tender and I want more and more. At the same time, well, it's very much a mochi.
So it seems like it's good, but you need to know what to order in order to get a decent dish.

The tenth restaurant we visited in Minsk.
Of the advantages, I want to mention the quality of the food: it is at the highest level. Hearty portions, in which everything is perfectly balanced: from seasonings to toppings. I remember the dessert very much - perhaps one of the best in our memory.
Among the disadvantages, we note the interior and service: the entrance to the room is narrow, only 3 people came in front of us, and due to the lack of a dressing room, we stood outside, waiting for people to disperse - it felt like I was in the hospital. I will also note the space itself: without frills, without any memorable things and romantic things. I would say it looks more like a small coffee shop. Unfortunately, the aquarium turned out to be empty. For this reason, we prefer delivery rather than a repeat visit to this place.

I do not recommend delivery!
When ordering at the Philadelphia roll restaurant, there are 2 times more fish at the same price as for delivery! Rice rolls in the restaurant are also tastier.
The eel roll was not topped with unagi sauce!
Make the price lower if the quality of your rolls on delivery is several times worse than in a restaurant.
We called the restaurant today after delivery to clarify why there are so few fish as ever in Umami, but they did not answer or even call back for the whole evening!
Or, in principle, the quality of the food in this restaurant has deteriorated.

These are probably some of the best rolls I've eaten. Philadelphia is just great. There are more fish than rice. And it was only in this restaurant that I saw wasabi in the form of mousse. I recommend this place to everyone.

A very pleasant atmosphere, a great place to meet✨ A lot of interesting dishes, to start dating I took a duck with tangerine - well, sooo good😋 the dish is very satisfying, the duck is tender, you can dip it in tangerine juice, you can put it in yam and mango cream, served with a side dish. Delicious tea and beautiful serving throughout! I didn't keep track of the waiting time, but tea was served first, and while waiting for the main dishes, we drank it. I can tell from the feeling, not for long, I would even say quickly. There is an alcoholic menu. I also took rolls for an appetizer, they were made quickly, the tempura shrimp was still warm inside😋 I would have come purely for the rolls. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The interior is unobtrusive, neat, and stylish.
I booked the table in advance, there were also no problems with the transfer of the reservation, they warned about the sanitary hour in a timely manner.

We were left with very contradictory feelings after going to this institution. We were on August 29 at 17:30-18:30. The young boy of the hostess immediately said that there were no places on the veranda, but we did not need it, we wanted to be inside. They put us at a table next to the aquarium. It was very dirty and empty, it didn't look very good. I would say that the prices are too high for the service in this institution. The waitress was terrible. He reacts very slowly to requests, slowly clears the table. When I paid and entered the PIN code, she was looking straight at the terminal!!! This is unacceptable! I wanted to order cider, but in the end there was none.
The only plus is that it was very tasty. But because of the service, the whole mood was ruined.

This institution should definitely be included in the list of mandatory 100 things to do before the age of 35: there, after the item swim in the ocean, there will be an item to go and try seafood in Umami. The best ceviche and poke in town. The service is very polite and unobtrusive, without excessive concentration on the staff, and concentration on the incredible taste of the cuisine. The menu sounds very attractive. Especially since I love Asia and know it well.
But unfortunately, it's a disappointment for me. Ramen with orange chicken on coconut milk (horror!), wildly sweet and salty. The noodles in the ramen (I suspect it should have been udon) are not elastic. The chicken is dry.
Sushi in general is not so bad, but also from position to position. The rice is a little crunchy, not fluffy. The burnt salmon is also over-sweetened. In general, after lunch, there is some kind of glutamate fire in my mouth. I won't repeat it.
