I was not impressed with the kitchen. Yes, tartar is delicious, but the rolls are so-so, the rice is completely cold, as if from the refrigerator, paid ginger, soy sauce and wasabi at this price, rolls are generally something beyond the limit. Ceviche is terrible, sour and bitter

We ordered rolls and ramen.
I liked the food very much, the staff is friendly, the prices are adequate, the place is good, though crowded, in the evening there are only places near the open kitchen. It's worth a visit.

I don't understand why I was praised by your restaurant. What is the special feature of taka in it? Aquariums are empty, sashimi is missing, as I understand it fundamentally. Half of the menu in the stack, The waitress girl looks like a robot, does not know what months the oyster season is. With an empty hall in the afternoon, she sat at the table against the air conditioner, which blows, so she will do it. But she asked me 10 times if I ordered a table ! With an empty hall . I found out that there is an evening menu and for breakfast by chance, after trying to order dessert. There are no dishes with tapanyaki, the waiters have not even heard what it is. For that, everyone smiles kindly)) 😂 In person , this is a classic Belarusian cafe with claims to Japan . And in addition, there is no Wi-Fi, which is difficult to imagine in the modern world. Perhaps this cafe-mafe comes in, but to someone who has not traveled further than Minsk. Well, okay. If it can work like this.. let it work in this format 🤝

It's a 10/10 mess. Just come and evaluate for yourself. You have already celebrated two birthdays. The cuisine is unusual, especially for Minsk. Prices are affordable. Wine is now too expensive, it was more adequate before the price increase. The atmosphere is relaxed. The entire staff is friendly and will explain to you what any of the dishes are like. Desserts and their serving deserve special attention. The cheesecake is a cannon.

Hello. We were at the institution yesterday. We came to have dinner. The place is very popular, there are always a lot of people, so it's better to book in advance. We were lucky and found a place at the bar without reservation. The waiters quickly brought the menu. I liked the service, everything was fast and neat. The only thing I wanted was for the waiters to be able to communicate in English. Because I had to translate to the waiter what the English-speaking person wanted.
The food was delicious, we took tom yan and poke soup with chicken, everything is very tasty)

The food, as it is written in the slogan of the restaurant, does not imply a purely Asian cuisine. It is more tailored to our tastes with new notes. However, we can say that everything is very tasty. The presentation is beautiful, the interior is pleasant, the sofas are soft. The staff is polite and interested in your comfortable stay, so they are interested in how you like the food. Everything is worth trying out of sweets: mochi - an unusual Japanese dessert - and mousses with different fruits. By the way, the food arrives quickly. Despite the day off and the busy restaurant, a table was found, but it is better to book in advance.

We visited Unami twice during our vacation. I liked everything from avocado tartare to ramen. The staff are nice, know their business and pleasantly surprise with their care for the guests. The fish in the dishes is fresh, the portions are large and one item from the menu is enough to eat. The interior is as concise and stylish as possible, it is pleasant to be there, but it is advisable to book tables in advance - the place is popular, there is a chance that you will not get there after 6 o'clock.

The order was mixed up, but it was immediately redone, they prepare it quite quickly, there are no complaints about the work of the staff either. It is quite strange that for such a price you have to buy ginger, wasabi and soy sauce separately. I didn't order them, but they were brought anyway and added to the bill, it was unpleasant. So the rolls cost about 25-30 rubles , so another 6 on top for all this, maybe it's customary in Belarus

I highly do not recommend this place, we ordered online through the website, brought California shrimp rolls and Philadelphia rolls that were ABOVE ROOM TEMPERATURE, it was hot outside today, but do weather conditions allow us to deliver low-quality goods? When you take a roll, the rice falls apart.. We tried salmon and shrimp rolls separately, and the salmon had absolutely no taste, a soft substance.. and the shrimp is tasteless and sour. I applied to the institution itself, to which I received an answer: "Yes, perhaps due to the weather conditions, we can provide a discount for the next order," which I obviously refused, (why would I poison myself again?).
After which she quickly apologized and hung up the phone... As a result, we had to throw out these rolls, which are higher than the average price in the city, but in fact inedible and possibly dangerous to consume :/

I came in search of a delicious poke, ordered it, but I didn't even finish it. The taste of absolutely all components is killed by the flavors of sauces. The fish is beautiful, there was already a delicious anticipation, but alas ... its taste also killed the sauce. I'm not a fan of bland food, but there was a lot of it here, I absolutely did not enjoy it. The waitress didn't even ask if she liked everything. After reading excellent reviews, we visited this institution. As a result, they were upset. We expected (for that kind of money) something delicious, as a result, very mediocre food. There is a complete discrepancy between price and quality. We took rolls - nothing special. There are such everywhere. The waiters are in no hurry, eventually they ate, paid and left. I do not recommend spending money on this place. They wrote about wonderful desserts here. Of the desserts, there are only pancakes with jam.
The interior is the most ordinary.

We tried to have lunch at this cafe on May 13th. We waited in good faith for half an hour for the opening at 17:00 in a nearby cafe. The children were warming up with mini pizzas there, my wife and I with dry white. At 17-15, we discovered that this is a small, incomprehensibly stylized institution consisting of two small bars for Minsk hipsters. In the room to the right of the entrance, all six (so it seemed to me) small tables were either occupied or were in reserve. We could only be offered high chairs at the table-boards along the kitchen area, where FIVE strong and not small guys portrayed a team of chefs with the hustle and bustle of Jackie Chan and noise like on a construction site. High chairs without pads on the legs made a wild roar when moving and sitting on them. The son covered his ears and said: "Let's get out of here." We got up and left. I don't see any reason why we would want to visit this place again. Judging by the photos of the dishes presented here on the site, the menu of this cafe has a very distant relation to Japanese /Asian cuisine. These are dishes stylized as Japanese / Chinese / Thai, invented for the inhabitants of the Hollywood Hills, complex colorful with a cacophony of flavors. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

I visited with a girl, ordered dessert. We sat down on the veranda, when it got cooler, the girl offered blankets, it's cool, I like it.
4 stars for tea. Initially, it was not filled with boiling water and it did not boil. They told the waitress about it, changed everything, the problem was fixed, the evening went well)

it seemed that the above-mentioned institution had cut the budget for rags on the opening day. it seemed as if the tables were sticky, the air was damp with a taste of algae. the toilet is completely inconspicuous, there are no divisions into a ladies'/ men's room. the toilet is shared. the doors leave much to be desired, just like the hygienic supplies + the condition of the plumbing inside the private room.
the menu is minimalistic, the average lover of pampering himself with "Asian" will not understand half of it. there were no pictures for clarity. apparently, everything has been done so that the waiter spends his and your precious time explaining what certain items on the menu consist of. "business in Russian" when the main end result is "to cram everything in just to be more expensive."
small details are not taken into account. the bill is brought anyway, all this is justified by the minimalism and organicity of Asian culture. as for me, there are tastier, cheaper and cleaner places with a more targeted customer orientation.
