They asked about the blood in the feces of a kitten. When the doctor asked what they were taking, she tried in every possible way to show that she was the smartest, but you didn't understand much and generally did everything wrong. There was no polite attitude from the word at all. The doctor took the kitten's blood, the kitten was as calm as possible, did not twitch at all, did not meow, but still the whole paw was covered in blood and the side still managed to smear. While I was washing my hands (I also got dirty, because I was holding a kitten), when I came, they were already putting her in the carrier, without wiping the blood from her side.. After my suggestion to remove the blood, he and the nurse wiped it off (but
they have to keep an eye on such things themselves!). As a result, it turned out that the device was not working and they could not decipher the blood test.. They can't get you to another clinic either, because nothing works anymore (according to them, it was about 14:00). We decided to treat worms for now, not to take a second blood test. I'm already thinking everything, I'm leaving, hooray, it's over. As here, they put up an amount different from the original one at the reception. I asked why such an amount, the answer was: "the amount includes a consultation and a general blood test." After my objection that the general blood test was not deciphered in the end, I still had my fee halved.
BUT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN OBVIOUS, not after my questions and comments! She came out angry, a feeling of indifference on the part of the staff, a desire to make money and no sympathy for the kitten, also humiliated.
Of course I won't go back there anymore.

Due to the difficulty of determining the diagnosis, an X-ray was taken twice, etc. As a result, it was said that a procedure was needed that was not performed in this clinic and that it was necessary to find an institution as soon as possible where the seal would be pumped out of the chest area (without waiting for tomorrow, that is, it is better to do it at night). Upon departure, we were told that they would send X-rays in 40 minutes to the post office (they are NECESSARY for the procedure). But nothing was sent to us at the promised time. After sitting in a long night queue at another clinic, we were told that they would not do the procedure without pictures, and we had to go for an X-ray again at 2 a.m. and pay 77 rubles for new pictures. They immediately gave us all the results.
And the next day, in the morning, messages from smart veterinary medicine came to the post office, but it was too late.
In some situations, the pet's life goes by the clock and it is unprofessional to send for the procedure RIGHT NOW, and reset the results the next day. You may not live to see tomorrow.
And in comparison with another clinic, they did not see the cost for each manipulation in the receipt - and the total amount is about 200 BYN. Therefore, be careful and take all the results AT ONCE.

Never contact this clinic. The staff absolutely does not know how to explain and talk competently, thinking that being rude is basically the norm. And in general, it is completely incomprehensible about such an attitude towards their patients and their owners that such "doctors" have forgotten in medicine.

If for any reason you think that you can afford such an attitude towards animals and customers, then I sincerely do not understand how you stayed in the profession of "Doctor" for a long time.
