We have been seeing this clinic for several years and we would like to thank the entire team. Today (04/26/2026), we contacted Viktor Sergeevich Mikhnevich with a pet Yenai (Yorkshire Terrier) with skin formations. The doctor was attentive, took tests, selected therapy, reassured and assured that there was no need to rush the removal — the impression of a competent and experienced specialist. Our favorite at the clinic is Anastasia Andreevna Mantorova.: she helped a lot with the genitourinary system of the dog, the quality of life of the dog has improved significantly. Special thanks to Natalia Yurievna Patsyuk — she insisted on removing the gallbladder, turned out to be absolutely right, it was removed on time. And thanks to the most attentive administrator, Natalia Aleksandrovna Mikhnevich, for her support and helpful recommendations. Everything is by the way, and always good recommendations. Clinic +-, doctors are a lottery, sometimes good, sometimes a lot of unnecessary examinations and incorrect diagnoses (more often terrible). The clinic was eventually changed to a friend. I would like to mention the administrator separately - this is something with something, they will be rude to you even before you come yet, they also like to tell you that you are doing something wrong. The administrator is the face of the clinic, draw conclusions. I decided to give it one last chance, I called on 03/25 - I scolded on the phone, I interrupted constantly. Naturally, I took the animals to another place.

One of the advantages. There are a couple of good specialists and polite staff at the reception. There are really good doctors who really helped. But.... It feels like the clinic is living on its own. Every time you visit, there are completely different and new people who need to be told everything from beginning to end. Where is the customer base and all the information? And why does every new doctor who treats my dog say the phrase "who prescribed this for you? But why? Oh, it doesn't suit you," how is that at all? You make an appointment for an ultrasound scan and get off work to wait in line for another 30-60 minutes... how is that even? But the juice begins when you can't calmly do this ultrasound (the dog is not given) and there is no way to come up with any options or politely explain in advance. You are offered to come another time, starting with medications (presumably executive ones) so that the doctor can work comfortably... and hear the phrase "let's hurry up, time is limited"! And this is after an hour of waiting in line, having arrived in advance of the time.… The clinic administration is kindly requested to take a close look at such employees in your state. They really ruin your reputation!
