To say horror, to say nothing!!! Today I was shocked by the way passengers are treated at the check-in desk in Yerevan and by the fact that I just sat at the airport for more than 2 hours because of incorrect information!!! It was very uncivilized and one might say rude, a young employee replied to me that I asked him to come over and arrange additional baggage!!!! It was like I was standing at the door of his house and begging to enter. At my request, he replied that, like, wait, you don't see me talking, even though he was just talking to such a de employee!!! Just RUDE, TERRIBLE!!! There are no limits to arrogance!!!

This is the most disgusting airline. Never buy tickets from them, it's better to overpay!!!! I thought I'd save money, but I overpaid 4,000. For a one-digit error in the date of birth. I've already made mistakes 2 times and no airline has ever charged money for it, they fixed it in a second and that's it. And here they demanded 4,000 rubles for one digit. The worst airline.

Terrible attitude towards passengers. The Yerevan-Adler flight is 5 hours late, and there are no representatives of the airline anywhere!!! Passengers with small children do not know where to go!!! There is nowhere to put the child to sleep, nowhere to feed him calmly. And these supposedly representatives are nowhere to be found!!! Everything is on its own and complete indifference
