We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, the experience is great! Cheap rooms and an ideal location for exploring Astana. At the same time, everything is nearby, and the hotel is located a little away from the noisy avenue, that is, nothing will interfere with your rest. The rooms are clean, equipped with everything necessary, cleaning and change of towels are regular. Separately, I would like to note the attention and cordiality of the hosts, very attentive and warm attitude, as to dear guests, and not just temporary guests. I sincerely recommend this hotel! The staff are helpful, lovely girls, they helped us pay, and they gave us everything we asked for. The hotel itself leaves much to be desired, the handle in the toilet fell off, they were afraid to go to the shower. Everything needs to be repaired.... The location is good, there are beautiful parks nearby.
