The place for the construction was ideally chosen - from the windows of the estate there was clearly a beautiful view of the Berezina. The building is now fenced off and not in the best condition, but the potential is huge. If we could restore and make, for example, a hotel/restaurant, it would be popular. The natural surroundings are of amazing beauty and the building itself is amazing. Yes, it currently looks untidy, as it does not receive proper care, but in almost ruins, beauty and grace are still visible. In this place, you could arrange some kind of quest similar to Fort Boyard or some kind of ghost show... Or maybe arrange some kind of rope park... In general, an initiative owner is required.
