The place itself is good — there is a swimming pool, saunas, a small cafe and many different services. The atmosphere and infrastructure are excellent. But the impression is completely ruined by the service. The reception is staffed by unfriendly, uninterested staff who are clearly not happy with visitors and do not seek to help, especially if you come for the first time. Separately, I would like to note the inconvenience of booking a massage: despite the large number of masters listed on the website, it is almost impossible to sign up. It feels like they're just waiting for your certificate to expire. As a result, instead of relaxation and pleasure, you feel irritation and discomfort. I can recommend this place only if you can somehow avoid communicating with the staff.

I visited this center with a gift certificate that included a sauna, a swimming pool and a massage. I would like to express my deep gratitude to massage therapist Natalia Belousova. It was immediately obvious that the man was attentive, a professional in his field. The massage really turned out to be relaxing, at the highest level!

The place has long lost its level. There is no service at all, the service leaves much to be desired. At least for these prices, coffee with milk was included in the spa program) Today, according to the program, I had a 90-minute massage scheduled, of which only 60 were done with a very dissatisfied look. In general, you can and can come to the pool to swim, but the service and other services should be reviewed by the management. Money thrown away for the spa program.
