Arriving in Vitebsk at 8 a.m., we searched for a long time for a place where we could have breakfast so early. (But alas , in Vitebsk , working so early in the institution , "day with fire" is not to be found ) Yandex brought us to this dining room, but it turned out that in the morning you can only "eat" buns and tea/coffee here. (Well, at least that's something) The pastries were fresh and delicious, and the coffee went off with a bang! The dining room itself opens much later. And basically, as the female employee explained to us, the students of the institute eat there)

Everything is great for the dining room: plenty of space, clean, normal furniture, light, no kitchen odors. It's very cheap, the menu is extensive, but it ends very quickly, by 15:00 it's already empty.

Delicious food, beautifully cooked, reasonable prices, always hot from the heat, everything is fresh. a full lunch for 10p, but meat and cutlets are my love, better than in other cafes representing the lunch menu!!! one disadvantage is the long queues at lunchtime, the KVF is always clean, the staff is polite
