Like many other cast figures fixed on the streets of the city, Vanka stimulates children's interest in traditional fairy tales. The sculpture is installed near the building where one of the travel agencies is currently based. Perhaps this is by chance, but a man with empty pockets looks symbolic near this organization, as if wanting to say: "What kind of resort is there when the wind is walking in your pockets! "
