4 stars for the taste of coffee and cool interior! The service is unclear. We waited a very long time. One coffee was redone. She asked me to make a cappuccino instead of a latte with an addition. The cafe's atmosphere is beautiful, the coffee is wonderful, and the staff is terrible. Absolutely unfriendly and not polite female employees who do not know how to communicate with visitors . Please ask the owners to provide staff training in this cafe. It was 05/9/26 . Also, due to the incompetence of the staff, our loyalty card bonuses were withdrawn and they were not spent for the order. And then, when buying, only the rest of the bonuses were applied (a smaller part of them). In fact, we paid more (( this situation is very unpleasant.
