The main course was not served for two hours. One of the two main courses was still cold. We waited for at least two hours. The waiter's attitude was bad. We asked for the food at least five times but it was still not served. This was a terrible dining experience.

In Minsk, I wanted to try the local cuisine, so we went to one of the establishments of the Cornflower chain. The interior is authentic, and the music is from Soviet times. The choice of food and drinks is large, the prices are reasonable. There are pictures in the menu, which makes it easier to choose. On Wednesday evening, almost all the tables were occupied. The waitress was nice, but not very helpful - everything was fast and businesslike, there was a lack of cordiality and warmth. All the positions that we chose were delicious. We liked the serving line: drinks and snacks, hot, I asked for a cherry pie - it arrived quickly, unexpectedly delicious (especially with their red draft). Overall, we had a very emotional time We were at the Independence Square restaurant for lunch on Thursday, but they didn't offer a business lunch menu. Apparently, you need to ask separately, it spoiled the impression a little. We recommend visiting this network. Price-quality matches.

Cornflowers is a wonderful restaurant and a great opportunity to get acquainted with the dishes of Belarusian cuisine. The food is delicious. Any dish is beyond praise. There are salads, appetizers, first and second courses, drinks for every taste. I tried to order different dishes, and I was not disappointed in any of them. The waiters are very courteous, always ready to tell you about any dish. They cook and bring food quickly enough. I liked that the dishes were served one at a time, rather than piled all at once. Thus, it is possible to eat hot dishes hot. Dirty dishes are immediately removed from the table. The summer veranda is open during the warmer months.
