I don't even know how to evaluate it. When we arrived in Belarus, we went to lunch at the shopping center for Winners, chose Cornflowers. The menu was large, there was plenty to choose from. Happy and contented, they went for a walk further. We went to cornflowers for the second time before leaving for the shopping center next to the train station. Maxim served us, a very good waiter! We ordered, brought, and are eating. And suddenly I see a bug in the salad. Damn, it's unpleasant. Maxim was called in and everything was quickly replaced. We are waiting for the steering wheel. They bring cold water inside! The second pancake. The steering wheel was brought to mind. Salad was not included in the bill, 2 desserts as a gift. Respect to Maxim! I handled everything quickly. To the chef ai-Yai-Yai. We liked the cornflowers, it was cozy and clean. The cook just wasn't in the mood))

A great place to try the local cuisine! The food is very tasty and looks like in the photo. The staff is very polite and pleasant. The chefs are great, they get their salaries for a reason. We stood in a small queue, but this is a sign that the place is popular and worth visiting. If you are in doubt whether to go there or not, go, you will not regret it! 5/5 unconditionally!

Separately, I note that you expect many dishes to be heavy / fatty (cepilines, draniki) and they are surprisingly light and not greasy, everything is very, very tasty. In general, do not be afraid if you see a queue at the entrance, here it is a case when "yes, it's worth the wait."

A wonderful restaurant in the very center of Minsk. During my vacation, in July 2022, I was here 3 times. The queues at the entrance are no worse than in our St. Petersburg Tokyo City, but this is because the place is quite popular and in demand! The place has a very nice interior, everything is nice, homely, But the kitchen is something! I have adored draniki since childhood (thanks to my mother!), I love cooking them, I love eating them of course, And here I took draniki in the first place. How delicious, tender, melting in your mouth, it's probably also about Belarusian potatoes, grown with special care and love. There are also incredible dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms, soups, hot dishes, salads, desserts and drinks. Everything is amazing! Here you can really fully enjoy the flavor of Belarusian cuisine. I heartily recommend this restaurant chain!

It's a good place. Only dumplings are cooked in unsalted water and butter is not added))) delicious medallions. Very tasty blackberry liqueur. Baked macarella cheese will lick your fingers. The service is very good, I especially liked it on independence, the guys are running hard. Despite the busy hall, our waiter helped the teenager connect to the city wi-fi via his phone, although their network works well, the child just couldn't. Thank you very much to the Minsk residents for the polite atmosphere!

I was at the institution in the morning, everything went great! Delicious, fast. At dinner in this restaurant, everything went awry. We waited 15 minutes for the order to be accepted, after 25 minutes they brought one dish for two, after another 20 minutes they brought the second dish, completely cooled down!! Potatoes floating in oil and almost frozen sausages in a cold pan. Haven't you heard about simultaneous feeding? One person eats, and the other sits watching for 20 minutes ((((( They turned to the waitress with a complaint about the cooled dish, silently took it away and left. After 10 minutes, they paid and went to another place to have dinner. Angry and hungry.

The place is popular, in the evening, on weekends you even have to stand in line to enter.

We lived nearby and had dinner regularly.

We accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant in the gallery shopping center. We were pleasantly surprised by the very fast service, delicious food, large portions and more than adequate prices.
The next day we returned here again, ordered other dishes and were satisfied again. This is despite the fact that we were warned that the waiting and serving time would be about 40 minutes. As a result, the dishes were brought very quickly, within 15-20 minutes.
I recommend the chain of these restaurants to everyone. I want to come back here.

This place has sunk into the very heart, but not what is located in the Gallery shopping center. Two stars purely for the staff. They are as simple and cozy as the institution itself. But the kitchen is disgusting. The second time I run in for lunch and every time I'm unlucky. For the first time, it's like "before" and "after". This shouldn't happen. If the dish on the menu with the photo is stated that way, then that's how it should look. There was no smell of any gas station. Just dry grass with vegetables. There's trouble again today. Thanks to the waiter who almost fought over my pancakes with the cook. The washcloth is cold, the pancakes are sour with bitterness. Cooking habits. And they try to argue something else with the waiters, shifting the blame first to them and then to me, which stood for a long time. It's just awful. You guys are doing the same thing. The girls in the administrators are completely without character and somehow have little experience, but they are pretty. Oh, this eternal war between the kitchen and the waiters.. which they can't handle

I wouldn't call this place anything but a bistro. Both in terms of prices and level. But it's a good bistro. It's a bit of a pity that on weekends, when a lot of people don't have a bistro, they don't really work out - waiting up to half an hour. But the politeness of the staff and especially Gosha (he introduced himself that way) brightens up the longing. In general, considering that there are no particular competitors either in Minsk or in Vitebsk...(well, two times and that's it), then I'll even put 5. As they say, "having no better." I'll come back to myself more than once.

Very tasty. I recommend this network to everyone. We have been to several cities, and the food is excellent everywhere. But there are several disadvantages: 1. The queue for boarding, when there are a lot of visitors, the waiters do not immediately clean up after the departed. I watched the picture when there were 3 unmade tables in the hall for more than 10 minutes, with a queue at the entrance. 2. Very greedy: when my little child was served an alcoholic mahito, although they ordered a naturally non-alcoholic one, they of course apologized, replaced it, but did not even offer it for free or something else. Usually in a normal restaurant, in such situations, at least something branded to choose from is brought for free as an apology.

Not a cheap national food chain, we came because we were advised as a good place. And now what I saw: there is a huge queue at the entrance - 1 star. The interior is interesting and it was cozy + 1 star. When accepting the order, there was not what they wanted - 1 star. We accepted the order, waited 40 minutes, but were warned about it. They brought hot dumplings with potatoes + 1 star, they also brought room temperature sausages with cold potatoes and the same cold stewed cabbage - 1 star, we won't go any more, one disorder.

The food is delicious. The service is disgusting. The hostess is unfriendly, she reacts to all requests as if she is doing you a big favor. It takes a very long time for the waiter to take the order. If they suddenly wake up and decide to work, it doesn't matter that you've already been waiting for 30 minutes, they go to the table that's stupidly closer to them. I don't recommend this particular place.
