I bought Roborock Qrevo L robot vacuum cleaner from Aydın Vatan Computer branch on 07.04.2026. I installed the product the same day according to the installation instructions, but the device did not work on the first use. It did not come out of the charging station, did not react at all and could not be used via the application either. on 09.04.2026, I delivered the product to the store on the grounds that it was defective and requested a refund. The product was sent to the technical service by saying ”We cannot make transactions without a service report". After being in service for about 1 month, it was delivered back to my side. Despite the fact that the service report says “the software has been updated, tested, is working stably”, the device still does not work as on the first day. Although the product has been unusable since the day it was purchased, my refund request has not been met. Although I used my right to refund within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, my victimization was not resolved. I have been dealing with a product that has not been working for about 1 month. I have experienced both a waste of time and serious victimization. It is a store that is far behind in terms of after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
