The location is great, the idea is very cliche. We arrived around 11:00 AM and we appreciate them checking us in early, but I have to mention how much empathy they are lacking. We arrived to a room with 50+ degrees celsius temperature, they could have turned on the AC for us, specifically that we are staying in a half transparent geodesic dome. It took around 5 hours to cool down the room. The whole room stunk of sewage smell, when we mentioned that to the “reception”, they sent some technicians over to fix the smell instead of moving us to another room, knowing for sure that there was other empty rooms ( we checked online and we can see other rooms being vacant). When we asked to be moved to another room due to the smell, the lady said all the rooms are taken… and the sewage smell was not fixed, the technicians came over and sprayed something in the sinkhole, ended up smelling like sewage and chemicals for our entire stay. When ordering room service; the food arrived in styrofoam packaging which made the food soggy and arrived cold most of the time. I ordered three espresso at three different times. The coffee arrived cold and it wasn’t even an espresso. It was very light coffee water and I had mentioned to the barista that the coffee machine is not warm enough. We booked a private banya for 4 hours, the hot and cold tub were perfect, but the shower didn’t work. I do not recommend visiting, you can get better value for your money somewhere else.

Отзыв отдельно о бане в этом замечательном комплексе . Она действительно уникальна и для ценителей есть повод специально поехать сюда . Во первых кедровый сруб , некоторые из бревен достигают 1,5 метров , что позволяет в парилке держать комфортную температуру , во вторых устройство самой парилки -высота потолка 3,5 метра ( крайне редкое явление в банях ) , что позволяет паро мастерам работать полноценно с паром , чтобы обеспечивать такой обьем пара стоит уникальная банная печь по спецзаказу с полутонной загруженных камней( таких пока 5 всего в Росссии) , японская купель, сеновал В третих паромастера проводят уникальные программы по перезагрузке , от традиционных аромотерапий до огненного массажа в отдельном здании . Вообщем эффект сразу и налицо ) выходишь обновленный . Отдельное спасибо персоналу , все на уровне

Отдыхали сразу после Нового года. Жили в юрте с фурако. Завтраки включены, фурако тоже включена один раз в сутки - топят её обычно вечером после 18, но можно попросить о любом времени. В юрте камин на дровах, проигрыватель для винила (брали с собой, но здесь могут тоже что-то дать), ёлка, капсульный кофе, чайник. Атмосфера располагает к релаксу. Дрова сыроваты, но персонал старался помочь с растопкой. Еда хорошая, ресторан вкусный, баня интересная, цены не очень демократичны. Можно на месте купить поездку на лошадях, они очень хорошие.
