I am writing on behalf of an employee who has worked for this outsourcing company for two weeks since March 16, 2026. During this time, there was no full-fledged transfer of cases: the necessary workflows, accesses and passwords were not actually transferred to me, which is why many tasks had to be restored and assembled independently. When work difficulties arose, there was practically no support from the management — it was suggested to figure it out on your own without the necessary input data. At the same time, deadlines were set that were objectively impossible to meet in the absence of transferred processes. The management also allowed themselves to raise their voices at employees and communicate in an incorrect manner. After two weeks of work, I decided to leave, as no official documents had been signed, packed up my things and stopped working together. No payment has been made for the period worked out. After requesting a settlement, I was simply blocked without explanation. I consider it important to warn not only applicants, but also companies that are considering the possibility of cooperation or service with this organization: it is worthwhile to carefully assess the risks and consider whether you are ready to work with a company that allows such an attitude and organization of work processes.
