I like this hotel. This is my fourth time here. I love its great location and the large rooms. The breakfasts are excellent. The waiter remembered my breakfast rider the first time and brought me a latte and ketchup every day without asking. It's very nice. The only thing I wish they'd finally update the bed linens and towels—they'll soon be falling apart(

I am very pleased with my stay at CitiHotel Veliki The hotel turned out to be very cozy and comfortable for exploring Novi Sad. Excellent location — the city center is within walking distance, while the atmosphere itself is calm and pleasant. I especially liked the feeling of being “at home” and the opportunity to relax after a busy day. Some people write about Wi-Fi. Personally, everything worked stably for me, even video conferencing. I would also like to mention the restaurant at the hotel — it was very tasty. The choice of dishes was sufficient for me. The portions are substantial. I also had dinner at this restaurant. Regarding smoking. There's smoking in the gym, yes. But this is the norm for Serbia, not the exception. I would love to stay here again.

Overall a good hotel with very spacious rooms. But there are disadvantages: * Wi-Fi does not cover the entire area. * Breakfast includes five dishes to choose from, four of which are scrambled eggs and an omelet. And the fifth course is donuts, for which, in my case, they didn't have time to make the dough for breakfast (and I had to eat an omelet). * There is smoking in the breakfast room.
