Highly qualified staff. We picked up a bike according to my requests and budget at a higher level than offered in other stores for the same price. We made a free reservation, because I was passing through Minsk and there was no way to pick up the bike right away. The next day, we arranged delivery by phone to the city I needed, discussed additional components, and a day later I had the bike. Packed well, all components are available.
