I don't visit the VerMax studio often, but I always enjoy it. Clean, cozy, comfortable, friendly staff. The receptionist will always offer tea/coffee + delicious sweets. Such care is always pleasant. I go to Olga for eyebrow correction and coloring. The master is a pleasant, unobtrusive girl who does her job well. The result is always pleasing. I recommend. I also did a hygienic manicure with Tatiana's master, too, no questions asked-quickly, carefully). A good salon, you can feel the customer's care). I always leave in a good mood!!! So I recommend it!!!

I chose the date for 12/27/2025. The cost of manicure was fixed at 35 rubles. This information was displayed at the end of the recording. Today, when I came for a manicure, the cost turned out to be 50 rubles, to which I was told that a certain promotional period for the master had ended and now the manicure was more expensive. Question: why was it impossible to initially indicate on the website the deadline for that promotion period of the master and not mislead customers? Yes, there were not always 100% hits. But when it was good, she always praised. I left the shortcomings without comment. But it was good .. when, after a week of wearing, the manicure began to peel off (never before!), and crack, I decided to write. I'm sorry, but I had this manicure for 2.5 hours!! and I'm not afraid of this word design, for which I paid extra, and then redid it, because I couldn't look at this "unbearable beauty". And it was only enough for a week. To say that I'm upset is to say nothing. Previously, it was possible to fearlessly go to any master knowing that it would be good, and quickly. Now you risk being left without coverage in a week. If the master is a junior (the last time I got to this one), then his work most likely needs to be checked so that the number of dissatisfied customers does not grow. Of course, the salon does not expect such reviews promising discounts, but this is my experience that I want to share. I left my 5 stars when I was satisfied with my work. And I think that if it's good, you should praise and if it's bad, you should scold and not be silent. This is the only way to grow and develop. I hope that the conclusions will be drawn correctly. In the photo, the manicure is a week old, and it was done for 2.5 hours. Decide for yourself how objective my review is
