I was given a discount certificate for the service, judging by the certificate, the cost of a pedicure with a coating will be 61 rubles with a discount - I attach the certificate (the initial cost is 70), well, okay). I signed up, there are no questions about the quality of the service, when the calculation began, it turned out that there was a 12% discount on the certificate, and the pedicure amount was 85 rubles in general) which, of course, surprised me a lot, considering that for 100-110 you can make a double service in 4 hands. When I asked why there were 61 rubles on the certificate, but in fact 85 rubles (with a 75 discount), they answered me - how did you sign up?) Did you ask on the phone? It is unpleasant that the amount on the certificate is the same, but in fact it is different.

I don't visit the VerMax studio often, but I always enjoy it. Clean, cozy, comfortable, friendly staff. The receptionist will always offer tea/coffee + delicious sweets. Such care is always pleasant. I go to Olga for eyebrow correction and coloring. The master is a pleasant, unobtrusive girl who does her job well. The result is always pleasing. I recommend. Today, when I came for a manicure, the cost turned out to be 50 rubles, to which I was told that a certain promotional period for the master had ended and now the manicure was more expensive. Question: why was it impossible to initially indicate on the website the deadline for that promotion period of the master and not mislead customers? The service here is disgusting at all levels: — tea/coffee is not even offered, although in decent salons this is the basic norm; — the administrator is absent, the cash register is empty. To just pay, I had to stand and wait for someone to show up, wasting my time. Everything is terrible here: from the quality of work to basic service.
