I don't visit the VerMax studio often, but I always enjoy it. Clean, cozy, comfortable, friendly staff. The receptionist will always offer tea/coffee + delicious sweets. Such care is always pleasant. I go to Olga for eyebrow correction and coloring. The master is a pleasant, unobtrusive girl who does her job well. The result is always pleasing. I recommend. I also did a hygienic manicure with Tatiana's master, too, no questions asked-quickly, carefully). A good salon, you can feel the customer's care). I always leave in a good mood!!! So I recommend it!!!

I chose the date for 12/27/2025. The cost of manicure was fixed at 35 rubles. This information was displayed at the end of the recording. Today, when I came for a manicure, the cost turned out to be 50 rubles, to which I was told that a certain promotional period for the master had ended and now the manicure was more expensive. Question: why was it impossible to initially indicate on the website the deadline for that promotion period of the master and not mislead customers? The studio is very cozy, bright, clean everywhere. As soon as I sat down with the master, I was offered tea, coffee, and water to choose from. The master is very pleasant, caring, polite. Despite the fact that I am a model, they asked about my preferences about the shape and color of the coating. She was worried about my comfort during the procedure. I was satisfied with the result. Well, the payment is also (the amount is symbolic). So don't be afraid to go as a model, but only to reliable places like the Vermax studio. Yes, there were not always 100% hits. But when it was good, she always praised. I left the shortcomings without comment. But it was good .. when, after a week of wearing, the manicure began to peel off (never before!), and crack, I decided to write. I'm sorry, but I had this manicure for 2.5 hours!! and I'm not afraid of this word design, for which I paid extra, and then redid it, because I couldn't look at this "unbearable beauty". And it was only enough for a week. To say that I'm upset is to say nothing. Previously, it was possible to fearlessly go to any master knowing that it would be good, and quickly. Now you risk being left without coverage in a week. If the master is a junior (the last time I got to this one), then his work most likely needs to be checked so that the number of dissatisfied customers does not grow. Of course, the salon does not expect such reviews promising discounts, but this is my experience that I want to share. I left my 5 stars when I was satisfied with my work. And I think that if it's good, you should praise and if it's bad, you should scold and not be silent. This is the only way to grow and develop. I hope that the conclusions will be drawn correctly. In the photo, the manicure is a week old, and it was done for 2.5 hours. Decide for yourself how objective my review is

It's terrible to see the picture of how negative reviews on all sites are being deleted. I was at the salon in the summer, I urgently needed a manicure, because my master got sick. I came across an advertisement in the inst with a good price from the Vermax studio. They signed me up for a novice master (the admin didn't even warn me, she would never have agreed), who was always asking an experienced master if it was "right" during the manicure process. Nails were done for more than 3 hours instead of the usual 1.5 hours. This is kapets. Pay for modeling, which is positioned as a full-fledged service from a good craftsman?) The salon has an interesting policy. The funny thing is that I pay the same price for my experienced master as I paid for a beginner, as if I graduated yesterday. What was the result the next day (I attach a photo): the sawn nail plate, chips, detachments, the master injured me, which led to a panarition on one of the fingers, the nails were all uneven, the parallels went into the stratosphere, the thickness was generally at least. The coating stupidly fell off from a pair of nails. What are the consequences after six months? The nails are thin, I still feel pain when exposed to warm water, the coating naturally does not hold, it immediately detaches because there is nothing to hold it there, I am still restoring parallels, it is almost impossible, because the nails break immediately, they cannot grow back. As a result, a manicure for 40p in a salon unknown to me with a large following on Instagram cost me too much with additional treatment from a podiatrist. The admins, of course, tried to resolve the issue, but they did not want to return the funds, they promised to redo the work, but redo what? To grow a sawn nail plate in two days, and not until the nails are fully restored?! Do the admins really think that there will be a desire to go to this salon again?! By the way, they called me fiercely so that I could come to them to fix everything, I just had to block them because several refusals did not convince them
