I arrived on Wednesday at 19:50 (!) to pick up the trousers from the repair and just "kissed" the door. 5 hours before arrival, I dialed this institution, they picked up the phone for the third time, they didn't warn me that they would be working shorter hours, they didn't warn me about their readiness. Customer orientation is resting.

The work of the master was done well (the neck of the blouse was sewn and darned). But the brunette receptionist is consistently unfriendly and absolutely not customer-oriented. Because of her, there is no desire to contact the studio. The woman clearly deserved a rest.
