Although the product we received was defective, there were visible stains, they did not make an exchange and refund process. Moreover, they directed them to Customer service and authorized service without even opening the box and looking at the product. But according to law No. 6502, if it is clearly obvious that the product is defective (for example, a color error), the store is directly responsible. I will try as hard as I can about the issue and tell my friends that the laws of this vestel are not superior to the laws of the state.
