He was serviced at this clinic for 2-3 years . I made an appointment for vaccination of my animal at 10.00.I was there at exactly 10.00 a.m., I went up to the administrator (I was very busy talking on the phone), she answered me, wait!We waited 5-7 minutes , came back to ask how long to wait, in the end she said that the cat had an ultrasound and as soon as the doctor got used to it , they would immediately accept you! To my questions: Why did they accept another person? When and in how long will we be accepted? Why is the clinic open from 10.00 in the morning, but at 10.00 the doctor was already busy with another animal? I never got an answer to these questions, the woman was very busy . I'm not going to this clinic anymore, thank you! We analyzed the situation when we left, and (perhaps) the animal was unwell in front of us and the doctor decided to take it earlier, but then I wonder: Was it hard for the administrator to tell about such a case? There is no respect for people or animals who arrive at the appointed time. Good luck to all

Once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of the clinic for once again saving a cat who likes to eat all kinds of nasty things. After the visit and injection, the staff called themselves and asked about the condition of the animal, found time for surgery. They offered adequate therapy, and did an ultrasound on the spot! I definitely recommend the clinic!
