It was the first time.It didn't go in at all, I won't come back. I came to relax and play. I play to myself calmly, on one device, on another. The music wasn't very good there, I put on an earphone, I'm listening to my own, I'm getting high. It seems that the device has started playing, the mood is good, everything is OK. Then a guy comes up to me and says: you can't listen to music here. I think it's weird, but okay, okay. I'm playing on. I got into my phone to reply to a message. They come up and say: you can't be on our phone. I'm like ok. I turned off the music, put the earphone away, and I'm sitting. The guy and the girl stand behind me and start chatting about their own. About how they don't like the game I'm playing. Then they started talking about their own affairs. Gossip to each other. As a visitor, I'm not interested in listening to this at all, I came to relax, to rest. As a result, the staff spent the next hour talking loudly behind my back about their business, with mats, with incomprehensible stories, and so on. In general, the mood soured, then I somehow sat until I drained the money and went home. There is nothing inside the establishment, the devices are different, but the staff and attitude have not gone at all. I've been to different places in Grodno, and it's the worst atmosphere for me. I don't feel customer-oriented, or maybe I am, but towards some people I know.
