First, don’t expect a proper restaurant here, it’s just a simple cafe. I don’t understand why everyone is so enthusiastic about the pho bo. In reality, it’s even more basic than the place itself. The broth tastes like a plain meat stock rather than a true pho bo broth. It feels as if the chef, who is said to be from Vietnam, simply forgot to include the essential herbs and spices. They even replaced lime with local lemon. There’s no mint, chili, or vinegar sauce on the side. What you end up with is a simple broth with overcooked rice noodles, not the rich, well known pho bo you would expect.

Loved this place. Simple but food was wow. Felt fresh, tasteful and the service was so careful and lovely. Table was always kept need, no trash or dirty dishes. Place it self is simple, not much decorations, but food and service made up for that. The waiter guy just gave a good feeling and gentleness haha. But yes over all loved it here

Level 4 Local Expert

This is the only Vietnamese restaurant I know in Tashkent, but I recommend everyone to visit at least once. After days of eating delicious but greasy food, I find myself irresistibly craving a bowl of this restaurant's wholesome pho :)
