There was an emergency situation: I asked to print the image URGENTLY. There was only one person in the cabin, they were taking a passport photo. The employee couldn't open the photo via email! They have no other messengers and communication methods in the year 26! I was repeatedly reminded of myself - I was ignored, asked to wait until the passport photo was processed. Print the image in 1 minute! I'm waiting. The employee sits and meditates on the screen. How did you hire a person who can't remember how Photoshop works, and apparently is sitting at a computer for the first time?! She asked to see the frames, and sent them to a closed closet where nothing could be seen. I worked in a photo salon and have been to others many times. I have not seen such a "service" yet. This is the first time I've written a negative review: I'm just shocked.

The "excellent" service of this place did not allow me to order any photos from them, thank you for making it so clear through communication on social networks that you are not interested in providing services, otherwise I would have to spend more time coming to your center. I wrote on social networks to get in touch, waited for a response for 3 days, after which, having received total disregard again, I decided to turn to another place.
