We ordered lemon, mimosa and myrtle with delivery. All the flowers came as a selection, just gorgeous! After delivery, they absolutely retained their freshness and appearance. Many thanks to the store for your hard work!

I ordered a branch of nobilis fir 70cm on the website for 30 rubles, the order was approved, they offered to come pick it up, I came to pick it up. As a result, the branch that I ordered for 30 rubles (70CM) turned out to be littered with others and it was difficult to get it, which was suggested by the seller to take 2 smaller branches (the dimensions were not indicated) was announced only the price is for 25 rubles, which I went to the meeting and agreed to. I clarified whether the total amount would be 30 rubles for everything, and explained that I had ordered on the website for 30 rubles, respectively, I was counting on this amount, I was assured that I was considered even cheaper than 25 rubles, but the size of the twigs was smaller... as a result, when calculating the amount, it turned out to be 50 rubles.. because in the end they counted 2 as 25? The question is why these deceptive imposition in order to sell more and more expensive? Teach salespeople how to correctly and intelligibly explain the essence to the client so as not to mislead. Moreover, I indicated initially that my amount, which I expect, is 30 rubles as ordered on the site. Why then does the website indicate one thing, in fact you come from the other end of the city, and you get another and more expensive one? She left disappointed with a small twig that she could have bought at a store near her house for less. I definitely don't recommend the store, and I won't order anything else here. I'll add to the review: Yes, the fir branch was 64 cm, as you described in the response to the review, but the bvl order specified a size of 70+ If you are selling a product such as in the description of 70+, then let it match your description, and not less than stated (it turns out that the buyer is mistaken again). And as for the premium of fir, as you write, I also bet your branch stood for 11 days and began to crumble terribly, and at the same time it stands in water and is regularly sprayed with water, last year there was no such problem with the nobilis of other stores. The branch stood until July, and your half-empty money was thrown away. Therefore, you can write as many unsubscriptions as you want in your favor, but so far I have not been convinced to buy something from you again, the impression is spoiled...

I ordered a bouquet by March 8, in advance, because I needed it with mimosa, it's good that I called myself on 03/05/2025 and they couldn't fulfill the order. The color scheme of the bouquet I wanted was yellow and white, I was offered blue hydrangeas!!! The comments on the bouquet would not have been read if they had read that the price of the bouquet would not be 100 rubles, as originally on their website, because they asked to add more mimosa and freesias and daffodils. I booked the bouquet in advance, because I hoped that they would order the flowers in advance for delivery by March 8. But the attitude is not professional, not the ability to work with orders and people. People who could ruin the holiday not only for me, but for my dearest person, for whom I was looking for a bouquet. Rating disgusting service!
