We had a family vacation in this wonderful place in August. We were absolutely delighted. The most important thing is the location of the first coastline, one second and you are at sea, the place is quiet and very cozy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but at the same time everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and cozy, with modern design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. New and comfortable furniture, beds with orthopedic mattresses, towels, personal hygiene products, with a conveniently located split system,refrigerator , toilet , everything in the room. Each room has its own table and chairs with a sea view. Nearby there is a kitchenette with all necessary utensils.In the evenings, we rested on the terrace with a wonderful view of the sea, where you can use the barbecue, swing on a swing and breathe the sea air. There are several cafes within walking distance where you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal. The whole area is surrounded by greenery, very clean. Special thanks to Irina, always in touch, always with a smile, very attentive. The rest left only positive emotions. If you are on vacation in Abkhazia, then this is only Villa Maria.

I had a rest last year, read a lot of positive reviews and made a choice, which I later greatly regretted. We moved into a room on the ground floor, the walls are covered with fabric and most likely because of this it stinks of dust and mold. The kitchen corner is very small and without a sink, dishes and fruits are washed in the toilet, I have never seen this anywhere else! The city is 4 kilometers away, you can't walk. Not far from the hotel there is a mountain river, apparently for this reason the sea is often dirty, it brings some branches and sticks. The owners have a huge dog, its nighttime barking does not always give you enough sleep. The audibility in the rooms is the wildest. In general, money is being charged, but there is zero service, the rest was specifically spoiled, it's good that the vacation was planned so that I stayed at this hotel for only 4 days, I spent the rest of my vacation much more successfully.
