An extremely negative impression of the store. I bought a bouquet on April 15th at about 15:00. The bouquet was kept in a cool place and in cold water. Already at 23:40 the next day, when analyzing the bouquet, it turned out that about 70% of the flowers were semi-rotten and wilted. The next day, the bouquet looked like it was a week old. The recipient of the bouquet went to the store to make a claim about why such a high-quality flower was sold for a lot of money, the store was rude, the seller got personal and said that the buyer was to blame because "he did not choose premium flowers." At the same time, during the purchase, the seller did not offer or explain the difference between the different categories of colors. The seller also said that it was necessary to make any complaints about the quality of the flowers only within two hours after purchase. The seller refused to bring the Book of complaints and suggestions. but!!!! Having already come home and gone deeper: The seller's statement about "two hours" is not true and an attempt to mislead us. For $ 60 in Grodno, you can buy fresh flowers of good quality, not a half-dead bouquet that you throw away the next day. The attitude towards customers is disgusting: instead of apologies, rudeness. I don't recommend anyone else to come here anymore. Money is wasted and the mood is spoiled. In the context of the same holiday, a bouquet was bought at the Forget-me-not shop and 5 days later it was just as fresh and beautiful. Plus, everyone helped to choose and delivered within one hour.
