We contacted the guys a year ago to get an Italian visa (we had a first-come, first-served ticket). In November, we were registered at the visa application center, informed of the date and given a specific list of documents to submit, as well as helped with booking hotels and aircraft, and insurance. The only point is that you still need to double-check all the documents yourself. Although I filled out the Schengen application and gave all the correct information, there was still an error in the application. (the previous visa was not taken into account). Well, they always answered us in the chat, helped us, and the visa application center accepted all the documents. As a result, I have an annual Italian visa, which is good news :)
