This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I really like the rooms with balconies and city views. It's a delicious breakfast, at least it tastes good to me and it's enough. The rooms are tired, of course. Cosmetic repairs are very lacking. A minus star for a strange incident during booking. I have already booked this hotel 5 times, we always stayed together, everything was normal. I even booked a 3-bed room once, I never had any problems. But last year I came with friends and booked 2 double rooms, which is confirmed by the voucher. On the spot, the hotel refused to accommodate without extra charge for 2 guests in a room. To say that I was shocked is an understatement. Convincing the hotel that the double room was useless. We were sitting outside waiting for the issue to be resolved. I was ashamed in front of my friends, so I had to pay extra. I'm not sure if I'll stay at this hotel next time, although I come to Georgia 2 times a year.

I got a room on the 1st floor. Among the advantages in the room: a good view of the whole of Tbilisi, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, a TV (but not a working one). I would like to note that the room is cleaned daily; delicious breakfast, courteous staff. Among the disadvantages in the room: the cabinet is not presentable, the shower head is broken, the bedside lamp does not work (shown in the photo). One of the disadvantages of the hotel: thin walls, every neighbor's conversation was audible. I put 3 only because of the good view, but as it is, the hotel pulls 2.

The excellent location of the hotel, a wonderful view of the city from the veranda, polite staff, always ready to answer questions, wondering if everything is okay, whether the room needs to be cleaned. The breakfasts are modest, but there is a choice, among the disadvantages are the small ants that appeared in the room.
