We visited the institution on August 28. I liked absolutely all the dishes, the approach of the waiters. I would like to serve faster, but the price tag for Vitebsk is too big. According to the price level - Moscow. But if you have to visit Vitebsk again, you would visit this tavern again.

In the center of the old town, we were sitting on the veranda, but there are rooms inside. Delicious, good serving.They work with the UDS app-10% cashback.I took off the star, because it was possible to put more pancakes, and there are no complaints about portions of meat.There were only large sets of cuts for beer/ wine, just olives or onion rings, for example, were not on the menu. Strange tracks on the tables, Soviet-style.

Really a restaurant with an uncluttered price tag)
Meat is above all praise. But the national cuisine has not failed more than once.
Local prices are slightly above average, but the cuisine is really worth it)
And great tinctures - we tasted them for a couple of days. We took a couple of 0.5 with us, fortunately there is such a function)

I came to Vitebsk, I was pleased with the assessment of the institution.. I ordered Prosecco with my wife. Carpaccio, sushi, pancakes and beef tartare. The pancakes are perfect! It's a pity they don't put sour cream. Carpaccio and sushi are 4 out of 10. Tar tar leaves much to be desired. The price of a good Minsk restaurant! Supply.. the worst tartar of all time. And I really love tar tar. There are 3 pieces of cheap toast. Lettuce leaves (which by the way are in all dishes), generally tartar (minus 5). Tinctures that the institution is famous for. They are terrible. Lard.. Grandma's is better.
In general! The only thing that attracted Us. This is an assessment. Everything else leaves much to be desired.
The only thing I got was an adequate waiter. But the kitchen, 5 out of 10

The place is not cheap, but the price tag is fully justified. It is very tasty, the cuisine is excellent, the service is excellent. The attentive staff, regardless of whether it's your waiter or not, seeing that the customer needs something, will instantly help. When visiting our veranda, all the tables were in reserve, we wanted to have lunch (we were kindly allowed), warning that time was limited. I thought we'd make it (lunch is not a long thing), but the kitchen turned out to be so beautiful that lunch turned into a pleasant feast with whiskey and liqueurs. 2 hours was not enough. And when they arrived, those who reserved the table kindly and instantly transferred us to the hall, where everything continued. I liked everything, I definitely recommend it.

The cafe is good in all respects: in the city center, there is air conditioning in the halls. Some dishes on the menu are super-exclusive (for example, a marrow bone). But the service is lame: we have been waiting for draniki for a very long time:(and, by the way, instead of the declared porcini mushrooms, they were clearly not white:(

I ordered caesar, cheesecake and beef tartare. In order: Caesar is delicious, a lot, a normal salad, nothing ordinary. Cheesecake, my respects, very tasty and fresh. The tartare portion is small, but the beef is just super, the sauce doesn't seem to exist, but that's just a plus for me.
The staff is polite and helpful.

It's very tasty there! a magnificent hodgepodge, an incomparable bulba burger - a juicy cutlet and delicious pancakes. the meat (we tried a lot there in 4 days) is all perfectly cooked. baked fish with vegetables is super! and they did not spare the red fish - there are really a lot of them, the cook is just a fire! tea with jasmine also did not disappoint - the freshest. The restaurant is located right next to the City Hall, in the heart of the old town in the basement of a building built in the 18th century. The restaurant has two halls and a heated terrace that is open all year round. Good cuisine is both Belarusian and European classic, there is also Japanese cuisine (sushi). Steaks are far from being able to cook properly everywhere, but here filet mignon is something, and the serving is beyond praise! But it's only worth going down to the inn itself, so everything opens up from the other side. The brick texture of the walls, a lot of interior details that you want to consider. I've been here several times, the last one today. I did not leave a review, because every time I had new impressions, something was good, something was not very good, but after today's visit, I decided to write.
The dishes are really cooked for a long time, even coffee and tea have to wait 10-15 minutes.
Of course, prices are not for everyone, for me personally they are above average, but not all dishes correspond to price and quality. For example, I didn't like any dessert from there, somewhere not bad, but no wow happened. Now the main reason is maintenance. Apparently, it is quite normal in an institution to take away glasses with a cocktail and lemonade, if 1/4 of this drink remains there. No one will ask you if it is possible to take the dishes if you do not hold them in your hands, apparently you can.
When the bill arrived, I didn't have time to put the entire amount in, the waiter already came up and asked if he could pick it up, it looked very unprofessional (like in a roadside cafe). The management should definitely work with the staff .

For the price, the food is disappointing. Not only that, we waited for draniki for almost an hour. So they also brought either unheated or cooled dishes. Our hall was empty when we arrived, however, we were told that there was a "blockage" in the kitchen. And all other problems were justified by this blockage. I can understand the long wait, but a blockage in the kitchen is absolutely no reason to serve dishes in an improper state. The service is just terrible, there is no one in the hall all the time, there is no one to ask. I don't understand where the administrator is looking at at all. The waiter changed and naturally did not know who ordered what, but instead of asking, he just put the food on God knows how, they say you will figure it out yourself. But the most unpleasant thing, of course, is that they simply forgot about ordering one of us, and at first they offered coffee with dessert instead, which, after an hour's wait, will not replace a full meal at all. The food was eventually brought, but the coffee, as an apology, tasted just disgusting. It was very bitter. In general, we didn't like the food or the service. They left the establishment in a terrible mood.
