Only the most positive memories remain from visiting the tavern. The entire team, from hostesses and waiters to the kitchen, are high-level professionals. We were in the tavern twice and both times with a full landing, but this did not affect the quality and speed of the feed at all. We ordered salads, hodgepodge, pancakes and fish dishes - everything is very tasty. The bar also has a solid "five": we tasted branded tinctures, mulled wine - they are great. This is exactly the kind of place you want to go back to. Thank you for being a part of our pleasant memories of Vitebsk.

An establishment with an application for high service and delicious food. NEVER order draniki. These are not draniki, they are tortillas made of flour, like with potatoes added, which we have not found. They asked to redo it, but they refused. The answer surprised me, there will be no other draniki. I had to order a banal borscht. The borscht was delicious.
An ant was crawling on a plate of pickles. They explained to us that this is normal. In summer, ants generally crawl on tables. There was no sauerkraut on the pickle plate, instead of pickled porcini mushrooms there were pickled honey mushrooms (as seen from the nearby West store), there were no green onions. But there were plenty of jalapenos and wild garlic. A very strange plate of pickles.
I do not recommend you to visit!

Well, I know where such a high rating comes from, a typical institution in the center, where it is expensive and not tasty. Respect for the client is about zero. The prices do not match the quality of the dishes. We waited for drinks for 25 minutes and then we were reminded of ourselves. The receptionist said that potato pancakes are a rather complicated dish and are cooked slowly. Perhaps, but as a result, they brought an overcooked dish. Pancakes with sour cream were also brought after 50 minutes, cold and not tasty. They gave us a 10% discount for the long wait. In general, my friends and I agreed that the institution is the worst where we were in Vitebsk.

One of the most vivid gastronomic impressions of visiting Vitebsk. Planning another trip to such a beautiful country of Belarus. We could not deny ourselves the pleasure of visiting Vitebsk for one day. To my shame, not to plunge into the study of the historical sites of this city again, but specifically for dinner at this institution (we visited it a year ago). The expectations were not in vain. As last time, the quality of the establishment is excellent (the atmosphere is four stars. This is not for the Vitebsk tavern, the repair of the street right in front of the entrance spoiled the impression a little). Fusion cuisine - there are many different directions. From steaks to sushi/rolls. We are somewhat conservative, so we ate filet mignon again, the serving is super and very tasty! There is a certain disappointment in myself that it is impossible to try everything. Apparently there is a reason to come to Vitebsk next time:-) I concluded for myself that you should not look for native Belarusian dishes, except for pancakes / sorcerers, the cuisines are very similar. And some kind of name "gentlemen of the nobility" does not make the dish national. The attitude to craft is an indicator of tradition and skill. For me, this institution is an example of the national Belarusian cuisine. Many thanks to the restaurant staff for their hard work. And I hope that before the next meeting.

The biggest disadvantage is the speed of serving dishes! Draniki were expected for an hour , and then another 20 minutes for 2 cappuccinos! The problem of waiting for dishes was not only ours, the next table was tired of waiting and asking the waiter when the food would be brought and just everyone got up and left. The taste qualities of the dishes are also 4 with a minus. Pancakes are very fatty. The waiters are constantly all in the lower hall, customer focus is below the baseboard.

Our choice for this restaurant fell according to the reviews of people on the web, they knew that it was expensive, but there were too many positive reviews. DISAPPOINTED. We ordered a takeaway, as we were traveling very late from another city, and we had to have a quick dinner.
For 40 rubles, there should be enough meat in the dish, but in the frying pan, meat was practically not found, only an onion. The potatoes are not finished. The solyanka for 17 rubles is empty, there are more onions than anything else. A family of 4 people for 135 bel. I'M STILL HUNGRY. I LIKED the FRIED POTATOES WITH BACON, but the volume does not correspond to 17 rubles. There is something to compare it with. We drove all over Belarus. In the center of Minsk, for this money, they ate too much in a restaurant near the Town Hall, and they were happy.

My husband and I were looking for a place to have dinner, we chose between the Cornflower restaurant and the Taverns, we chose the latter and never regretted it. The food is very tasty and beautiful, the service is fast service and pleasant friendly waiters, the interior is beautiful, clean and tidy, what I pay special attention to is the restrooms, but everything is fine here.
