In April 2026, I bought a dining table and coffee table from the Vivense Homecity Shopping Mall store. Although it has been about 10 days Dec, I called the store because my order was not delivered. Oct paying customer representative Hanım said that the team came home on the delivery day but they could not find us at home, so the paid product was blocked and an additional fee of 2.500 TL was charged for me to take delivery of the products. Although I said that no one came to the site that day for delivery, it did not help by expressing that the process would work that way.
