For about a year they used Litapur 2KM varnish in production. He worked fine until the next batch was picked up at the end of February. It turned out that the varnish has a lot of foreign impurities, a pungent odor, dries for a long time when applied and is eventually washed off with ordinary hot tap water. We reported the problem to the manager. The Navy took a break for the test... they tested it for several weeks, recognized that the varnish did not match the characteristics, and began to redo it. As a result, the varnish was replaced with a scandal and it turned out to be the same. The manager, of course, immediately merged and offered to deal with the management. The endless chief engineers (Yuri and Alexander) ignore the messages and don't pick up the phone. There has been no solution to the problem for several months. It's a strange interaction format for a company of this size and reputation.
