The most important hotel in Piano de Sorento - no refrigerator, no laundry, no ironing, no place where you can dry your clothes (given that the humidity is high), terrible sound insulation that it is impossible to sleep, and yes! the restaurant at this hotel is also very sad) A dinner party for 50 euros per person - the result is that everyone went hungry, for this money you could have a great dinner in any other place. My husband and I have been to France several times and have long dreamed of visiting the north of this wonderful country. And finally our dream came true! Vneshinturist found an interesting tour "The Northern Provinces of France" and went on a trip in early August. It has been three weeks since our return home from the tour, and the unforgettable pictures presented by our trip are still in front of our eyes. We visited the wonderful ancient cities of Europe – Wernigerode in Germany, Rouen and Strasbourg in France, admired the views that inspired the famous Claude Monet in his gardens in Giverny and on the Atlantic coast in the wonderful Etretat, enjoyed the taste of the freshest seafood in the towns of Honfleur and Deauville. It is impossible to fit all the excitement into the framework of a small text. And the magnificent castles in the Loire Valley – and the royal one in Amboise, and the romantic Chenonceau, which preserved the spirit of both Diana de Poitiers and Catherine de' Medici!!! And the picturesquely beautiful impregnable Abbey of Mont Saint Michel!!! One continuous delight! The only pity is that due to the saturation of the program, there was not enough time for this beauty. But it is impossible not to visit all this after getting so far. I would like to especially mention our accompanying guide Alexander, many thanks to him for his professionalism and self-control. Throughout the trip, Alexander maintained a calm, friendly atmosphere, took into account the needs of all tourists (which is quite difficult))), it feels like he knows and loves France. A wonderful storyteller with a sense of humor, a professional in his field! Our excellent friendly drivers carefully and quickly took us to the right locations, thank them very much for this. Hello everyone I went from an intourist to the Lovers tour to Italy at the end of March 24. The tour was wonderful! The guide and drivers acted promptly in unforeseen situations at the border and during the move. I would like to express special gratitude to our guide Svetlana - she is a professional in her field. She clearly planned all our movements, always thought out how best for us to choose the time to visit the objects we need without losing our personal time. Svetlana has always been attentive to the personal requests of tourists and found the right solution. During the movement of the bus, she clearly conveyed detailed information about the place of stay and gave instructions where to meet at the right time, providing her personal data in case of an unforeseen situation. This tour presents the most interesting and significant places to visit. The guides in different cities who brought us information always did it responsibly, interestingly and humorously, their stories were not like reading a text from a book, but they communicated with us, sometimes with a discussion and detailed answers to our questions. The hotels where we spent the night comply with transit standards. For breakfast, everything is also acceptable, without excess, but for breakfast the most important thing: coffee, tea, butter, baguette or a crispy bun, eggs, cheese, ham, sausages, jam, honey, cheese, croissants- everything is quite at a decent level. In some hotels, you put on a kind of buffet yourself, and in some they bring portions to the table for each tourist. I don't know how, but I didn't eat everything), because there's only a little bit and in the end I've already eaten and I don't want to. Regarding the check-in at the hotels, Svetlana solved the issues in advance and simply told us which room someone had, which reduced the time of pandemonium at the reception and gave more time to rest. Our guide discussed all the necessary information during our trips to other cities, which made us prepared for the landing destination). There were many interesting facts in Svetlana's stories, and she always tried to show us a film dedicated either to the character or to the traditions of this place. It was terrible, as if I had plunged into a story about the USSR. I have not seen such a level of organization in my 5 tours. Our guide was Tatiana Trafimovich, whose soft skills were at absolute zero. She couldn't solve such a small issue as the sound level on the bus, bringing it to a big conflict (or rather, she wasn't going to solve it somehow). The very fact that music and films are put on the bus, which the guide chooses according to his taste, without asking the opinion of tourists, is already outrageous. But okay, if the sound level was acceptable. But in our case, neither earplugs nor headphones saved us from the sound. The sound was unbearably loud, and it made my head hurt. I ran three times and asked to make the sound quieter, but all requests were ignored. After the third request, Tatiana replied: "If the sound is quieter, the drivers will fall asleep, then the music will play more calmly." But the next day, some kind of thief just started playing on the bus, and many people began to be indignant, and my husband could not stand it and shouted: to make it quieter. After that, it turned out that it was possible to turn on music for drivers separately from the cabin.
But when the guide said something on the speakerphone, it was still very loud, and many complained about it. There was no way to turn off the sound over the tourist's head on the bus, and it was impossible to hide from Tatiana's comments on any occasion. I went up to her, calmly tried to explain how much such volume interferes, and how bad it makes me feel. The guide replied ironically: "God, what passions. I'm sorry." I say, "Well, is there anything we can do about it?". She replied that the guide program was over and she would not speak anymore.
She did not stop talking, and the issue with the volume was not resolved in any way. In addition to this, films began to be shown. The volume level was still unbearable. This time, after the request, the sound was made quieter, but the next day everything happened again.
At the same time, Tatiana was actively supported by several elderly women with arguments like "it's okay for me," "I don't like headphones," "and in general, no one cares about your opinion, because you are in the minority."
This was Tatiana's target audience, and she absolutely didn't care about us.
All this could be attributed to the excess of the performer, but on the way back, as it turned out, another employee of the company got hooked on us. And then we concluded that the company fully supports this approach. But more on that later.
At that moment, Tatiana decided to show her skills in primitive passive aggression and announced over the speakerphone that there were not only young people who were unhappy with everything, but also those who could fix the record player.
After that, I asked her to come over, but no one came up. I went to her, asked her what this attack even meant. I was ignored again and offered to talk at the bus stop, she nodded.
Immediately after that, we were run over (another word is difficult to find) by a woman who turned out to be an employee of the company. I was presented with: "How dare you distract the guide while working and walk on the bus." From conversations with her, we realized that the policy of "the minority has no right to a comfortable stay" is fully supported by the company. And in response to our complaints, it was suggested to take pills.
At the bus stop, Tatiana, of course, did not come up to us. I had to "catch" her in the store. There was such a dialogue:
- Tatiana, tell me, was this statement directed in our direction?
- What makes you think that? I was just saying that there are different young people.
- Do you think I won't identify such a simple manipulation?
"I don't care what you think.
We didn't talk to Tatiana anymore.
The question of the "majority" on the bus, by the way, is solved "by eye". No surveys were conducted. But does it even make a difference who is bigger? We all have the right to a comfortable stay, and nowhere in the contract was it written that "preference is given to the majority, the rest will be ignored by the guide." But it says that the performer must provide comfort to tourists. Instead of comfort, we found ourselves in torture conditions.
If your goal is a comfortable stay, then you are not here.

The director does not conduct business in the company and has long lost interest in this business. Lawyer so this is generally a complete misunderstanding. Not only that, the contract cannot be drawn up so that it is easy to read, moreover, there is no need to invent anything, the template has already been issued by the ministry, so instead of using it, it has crookedly made up its version with a large number of inconsistencies. He responds to all comments about inconsistencies in the contract and the requirement to prescribe the tour program with duty phrases and refusal to change anything at least. The contract itself is drawn up on 15 pages of fine handwriting, despite the fact that hardly one is dedicated to the tour itself. Complete disrespect for their customers. I really want to believe that after my complaints they will solve something in this matter. Well, at least the tour went without the need to go to court, otherwise you wouldn't have to be bored. Honestly, I would never have applied to this company after seeing such a "crooked" contract, but what can I do, I didn't want to let my relatives down and spoil the rest without starting it. Be prepared to be kept in the dark all the time. Starting from the characteristics of the bus (a travel agency with such a large presence on the market does not have its own fleet and they find what happens) In my case, it turned out to be NEOPLAN N116 Cityliner 2002 (21 years AB 2002-5 "Stroitur"). Not a chapel of dreams, but at least the air conditioner worked well. Judging by the reviews, someone was less lucky. There is no point in reading reviews about the company on their website, they delete all bad reviews. Drivers live their own lives, even the guide did not understand what they were doing, where they were going and when they would arrive at their destination. The payment for the roads is only in cash, which also needs to be changed somewhere. They have not heard about cards and online payment in 2023. You can refer to the sanctions, still not check). Running into Duty Free while all the passengers are "going out" on the bus is also normal. The guide himself, in general, left ambivalent impressions. He was only interested in paid services, everything else was later, and then often forgotten. But not everything is so terrible, the workers with visas did their job well, the three capitals also did not disappoint, but it would be difficult for a Foreign Tourist to screw them up. Next time I will bypass Vneshinturist side, there are many companies in Minsk and there is always an opportunity to choose a more customer-oriented option. Not all hotels liked it, but Prague definitely justified its 3 stars. I do not regret that I went, but next time I will beat out a better company. It was a carnival tour of Italy, the most impressive and unforgettable! Two carnivals, one in Viareggio, the other in Venice are very different and amazingly beautiful! I recommend this tour! And our guide LYUDMILA MERKUSHEVA helped us to see all this beauty and learn a lot about Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria and Italy. It's obvious that she loves her job! Unfortunately, the employee we had to contact did not introduce himself (the first table at the entrance on the right). However, communication with clients leaves much to be desired. The employee's blank stare at the computer was 10 minutes of waiting. The answers to the questions asked were vague, and no specific answers were received.
