I took the Italian Espresso tour and the trip went very well. I liked that we managed to visit quite a lot of cities, the excursions were very interesting. Anna is an excellent leader, she always conveyed information very clearly. There was a difficult situation when we quickly crossed the border, but could not check into the hotel, as the previous guests had not yet checked out. I liked how Anna got out of this situation by offering us a guided tour of Krakow. This is a very nice bonus. On the downside, I can mention some points in the agency's work. They understood that I was getting a visa for the first time, but they did not tell me some of the nuances that I had to face. There was also an unpleasant moment when I came to the office to get my visa documents and was asked to pay for insurance in cash, they didn't have a terminal, but they didn't warn me about it in advance, I usually don't carry cash. And also, the bus: uncomfortable seats and no chargers in place. But to be fair, I didn't always need charging on the bus, since Anna told me a lot of interesting things and I didn't have to sit on the phone. Also, the lack of washing machines in hotels. We were moving all the time, and my things didn't have time to dry, because I washed them by hand. Well, there was also a strange moment at the beginning of the tour: Anna, when we were approaching the border, asked if everyone had a visa issued on the 20th (if it was issued on the 21st, then there might be problems). In my opinion, this should be clarified in advance by managers, this should definitely not be clarified at the last moment.

We went on tour for the May 2024 Hungary-Bavaria. There are very interesting good and beautiful places here. Everything seems to be organized, but so far we have reached the bus on which we traveled across the EU, we have changed 3 buses. The guide who accompanied us on the tour did not really give us information. This tour operator has very little time to catch up at least to the store to buy groceries for the evening and on the road, and all the stops are such that you can't buy anything. And the Park Hotel 3, Mishkolce is just disgusting, dirt, dust, and breakfast is a quest, it's fashionable to stand for an hour over coffee or tea, one support for everyone. And in addition to the omelet and sausages, you need to defend, since there is no other food proctically. Buses that take tourists to the border are terrible....
