We stayed at the Waterfall Hotel from July 22 -31, 2025. The room was for two people in the main building on the 2nd floor. We read different reviews, but we chose this particular hotel. First, about the room: it may be dark for someone, but it's good for us, we came to relax, and not to sit in the room. Cleaning every 3 days, garbage was taken out every day, towels were also changed 3 times in 10 days, bed linen on the 5th day. The bathroom has a shower stall, a mirror with a large shelf, a glass for brushes with toothpaste, a dispenser with liquid soap, a mat by the shower stall, a hanger on the wall with 4 hooks. The room has a bed, wardrobe, TV, dressing table with drawer and shelves, bedside tables, air conditioning. There is a refrigerator at the entrance, a kettle and 2 mugs on it, but the outlet is only for the refrigerator, so the kettle was boiled on the table. The TV shows 3 channels, but we didn't watch it because there are a lot of attractions there. For the first three days, they didn't even turn on the air conditioner at night, and the room was facing north, and then it got hot. Although the windows overlooked the dining room, it didn't bother us. There is a dryer on the balcony, 3 chairs and a stool. If something large (towels, tunic) was not put away on the dryer, they were hung on the back of chairs. From the experience of different trips, I can say that take 5-6 clothespins with you, your underwear will dry faster, especially swimwear. About the territory: everything is clean and well-maintained, the pool is cleaned every day, there are enough sun beds for everyone, several benches in different places, as well as enough. There is a small playground.At the reception, upon check-in, they give you a free ticket to the Ferris wheel and the observation deck. Dining room: I read in some review that it was expanded. It can be seen that the dining room is new, there are enough tables (there are 1, 2 and 3 together) for everyone, including on the street. We sat down outside. There are no queues, if something runs out, the girl brings a new baking tray. 5-10 people can approach the opening, but they are waiting on benches or at the same tables. There are 3 new baby feeding chairs in the dining room. About nutrition: delicious at home. Breakfast: omelet or boiled eggs, cheese (Adyghe type)every day, sausage of 1 or 2 types, wheat and oatmeal porridge, butter, green salad 3-4 times, tea, coffee, milk, cereals every day, pasta with sausages or just sausages every day. Sandwich with some kind of sauce + tomato slices. Cottage cheese casserole or cottage cheese. Dinner: rice with vegetables, pasta, potatoes with dill, buckwheat or just vegetables (zucchini and eggplant). Cutlets, chicken, goulash or chicken in cream sauce, vegetable salad. Croutons for soup, sweet croutons. From baking, sponge cake or mannikin. Soups 1 or 2 to choose from, chicken noodles, pickle, pea. The location of the hotel is excellent, when it's hot and stuffy, I went out of the gate, especially in the evening, and here the coolness from the waterfall. Beach: there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone, at any time of the day, the water is clean. There is a cafe on the beach, barbecue, beer, ice cream, cocktails with and without alcohol. Wi-Fi is available both inside the hotel and on the beach. We went to lunch a couple of times (we had enough breakfasts and dinners)at the Riviera cafe, on the territory of the hotel of the same name, we didn't have enough for more, we wanted to try their cuisine, although for two we took a frying pan and salad, or peacock tail and khachapuri. Attractions: Novoafon monastery, station (you need to climb to the top of the waterfall. We took a ride on the wheel, even the young man offered once again for free. But we went late, we didn't look at everything, it was already dark. Go during the day, the cabins have air conditioning. In general, I advise everyone, you won't regret it. I didn't realize how many photos I could take, but it won't upload anymore.

Visit time is early October 2025. The Waterfall Hotel is located in the very tourist center. The hotel itself is cozy, there is a small area with palm trees. Very nice warm pool. There is an equipped beach, next to it is a park with swans, ducks and a small zoo. Meals at the hotel are served 2 times a day, but from 17-00 for dinner the first courses. There are 2 types in our stay for the first 3 days, then only the first one. Buffet 2-3 side dishes and meat or fish dishes (2-3) salads are also 2-3 types. It was enough for us, but monotonous. The food is always fresh, always baked. We had a large 2-room room without a balcony. The problem with drying towels and swimsuits. There is no hot towel rail in the room. They say that the goal of fiction is cunning - They have adapted. There are no towels for the beach - I had to buy them at exorbitant prices. Otherwise, everything was fine. To be honest, I would also come and recommend it to my friends.
