This "specialist" allows himself to talk to clients as if he is doing a favor, instead of doing his job normally. When I pointed out the obvious mistakes, he not only refused to correct anything, but also began to speak in a harsh bass voice in a harsh and defiant tone, as if I owed him something. His remark: "And what should I do with your remark?" She just shocked me. Is this the norm of communication with clients? Here, it seems that employees either do not know what professionalism is at all, or intentionally treat customers as an empty place. If you value your time, nerves and money, avoid this place. Such "specialists" as Alibek should not be allowed to work with people at all!
