They are not only professionals of the highest level, but also know how to find an individual approach to patients (I was VERY afraid of operations, although they are absolutely painless and very short, but for some reason my mind did not agree with this and I was close to panic). Patients are given detailed step-by-step instructions, duplicated on paper, including cardboard (!) coupons for the next visit (a small thing, it would seem, but believe me, it's less likely to be thrown away with other small checks, for example). The information is provided comprehensively (for example, I would not have thought to clarify some points at the reception myself), while in a language that is "accessible" to non-specialists; Secondly, I was, in principle, impressed by the professionalism and clarity of the work of all clinic staff - from administrators/cashiers, from whom visits to the clinic begin, to nurses/doctors; Thirdly, she highly appreciated the very organization of the inspection/operation processes, divided into small stages. Each employee performs highly specialized actions very clearly, quickly, and professionally, as a result of which everything works like parts of a Swiss watch mechanism (when I first came to the clinic and saw the constant migration of a large number of people, I mistakenly got the impression of chaos). The fundus lens feels like the most unpleasant thing, the rest is clear. The doctor who performed the operation itself stipulated every action, performed everything correctly, answered all the questions I asked (the exam was passed). From the nuances, it is really hot and there is little air in the waiting room near the operating room (when 3-4 people + a medical officer are waiting there), especially while waiting after surgery. The operating room itself is fresh and comfortable. In general, I am happy with everything, thanks to the doctors and medical staff for their work.
