I visited this medical center, drove my mother. The staff works very clearly and harmoniously...What was new and strange for me was that I was asked to wait for my mother in the break room. It is comfortable and spacious...BUT it's cold (we took off our clothes and put them in the wardrobe)..I had to wait
1 hour and 20 minutes did not even save the tea, which was standing and could be poured by yourself. In general, there are a lot of people, this is probably an indicator that the center is in demand and an indicator that people have begun to lose their eyesight (a lot of young people). Computer-telephone progress is bearing fruit.
BUT he takes pride in our qualified doctors who help improve and restore people's eyesight.

My wife applied to this clinic. It is problematic to park a car on a weekday. You can find a parking spot a few hundred meters away, but that's not the main thing. This clinic has a guest entrance where you can wait for an attendant. Tea/coffee- please, no need to pay. Comfortable soft waiting areas. I saw cleanliness, order and a huge number of shoe covers. Escorts are not allowed into the main department, as there are probably reasons - sterility and disease prevention measures. The staff is responsible for the support. I was escorted out and asked to wait in the guest lounge. A separate wardrobe for outerwear, issue numbers / tokens. The cost of services is normal. We paid inexpensively for the entire range of services provided. The examination lasted no more than two hours. For issues with eyesight, I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Since our case is not the simplest, and in many other places they could not provide us with help and proper advice. The problem with vision has been practically solved, and many issues have been closed. My wife remained calm and confident that her eyesight would be preserved after coming here. Thanks to the doctors for that. But there is still a lot of work to be done.

Disgusting. Instead of the promised 1.5 hours, I sat for 3. It was I who sat in line directly to the doctor so that I could ask the questions I was interested in and get a conclusion. The reason for the delay was that a girl with exactly the same name and patronymic as mine was called to the doctor's office. When it was this girl's turn, it turned out that a mistake had occurred. And this was 20 minutes later , as she had already entered the office . As a result, all her numerous diagnoses and data were recorded in my personal card, and then they were simply deleted. The consultation itself was quick, but even there the emphasis was on the advantages of laser correction (I did not go to the clinic for this reason, which was repeatedly told to the doctor) . I understand that the cost of this service cannot be compared with the cost of laser correction, but it is not free. After all this, I just wanted to hear an apology, but alas and ah.

I got to the doctor Guseeva Yu. A. The worst doctor I have ever seen. The diagnostic procedure was performed extremely carelessly. The doctor knows nothing about politeness and tact. There is nothing to consult about. The results of the examinations are not explained properly, just as it was not explained why laser coagulation should be done (in conclusion, it is written about the need to perform it), but in fact the doctor said not to do it. The establishment itself is also questionable. The level of the state polyclinic, only here you pay money for it.

Большое спасибо всем сотрудникам клиники -- как приятным и вежливым девочкам в регистратуре, так и высококвалифицированным медсестрам и врачам. Отдельная огромная благодарность врачу Витт Виктории Антоновне за ее профессионализм и чуткое отношение! В целом отношение к клиентам в VOKA - на самом высоком уровне. Особенно это ощутимо после наших переполненных поликлиник и больниц. Время ожидания сложилось лишь из времени, необходимого для расширения зрачка. Больше никаких простоев не было. Клиника оснащена современным оборудованием для проведения необходимой диагностики зрения. Чистота - да, конечно! На входе клиентам предлагаются бесплатные бахилы. Советую VOKA всем "очкарикам"!

Делала коррекцию зрения. По цене отлично, не навязывают услуги подороже. Врачи внимательные, вежливые и сопереживательные. Все очень продумано в центре: от зоны ожидания, процесса прохождения операции и до после операционного периода.
Операция прошла вообще безболезненно и после операции никакого дискомфорта.
Теперь буду следить за зрением только в этом центре.
Привела сестру сюда для проведения другой операции.
