I usually write reviews after visiting a country, but this is a special case!!! It so happened that after traveling half the world, we have never been to Turkey, but probably thanks to COVID-19 😂😂😂😂.... We are in Turkey at the VOYAGE SORGUN hotel. It's only the second day and it's just a delight, starting with the reception!!!!! everything was told and explained by polite, attentive people who are ready to help at any second. We contacted the customer service about the anniversary of our wedding with my husband, the manager (unfortunately I do not know the name) explained everything, advised us to feel as if we were not strangers to her, but close relatives!!!! Thank you very much!!! And that's not all, I remind you that we are only in the hotel for the second day!!!!!😍 In the evening we had a visit to the Grill hause restaurant, we got lost.... and then we met MARINA. she not only showed us where this restaurant was, she escorted us to the place and helped us make an order, she was interested in how we got settled, whether we needed help and again we felt a sincere desire to help us!!! Thank you Marina very much , thank you to the professionals from the customer service and all the staff of the hotel!!
