The rooms are spacious, clean, and well cleaned. We lived in the main building (2-room family room) and in a bungalow (2-room family room), and as strange as it may sound, the bungalow is much better (although the main building is more expensive). Bungalows with 5000 rooms have a very good location, there is no noise from animation and evening entertainment, you can not hear the work of transformers. The food is excellent, it doesn't even make sense to comment. The staff is trying very hard, they are great. A huge plus is the menu and the ability to order sun beds via QR codes. There is a large nice pier with comfortable sun beds. The only thing that can be difficult if you are with young children is the entrance to the sea. It is not convenient everywhere, there are a lot of stones. You can swim to the buoys and stand there on the rocks. But you need to take care of your feet, because the stones are located randomly, and if you do not notice them, scratches are possible. However, if you dive from the pier (it is very convenient with adult children)- the sea is very cool. Overall, it is a great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.

Although, to be fair, all the staff works flawlessly and makes your stay as comfortable as possible . But. Why is a concert venue with events until midnight located 20 meters away from houses for living and neither they nor the site have effective sound insulation? At the same time, the volume, sound quality, and level of performance by the invited artists are more reminiscent of the good old "ches along the coast" Why don't they even warn you about this when you check in? The rooms in the cabins are obviously "tired", although they are trying to keep them in good condition. The mosquito net is torn off in places, but the staff needs to be told about it, although the cleaners themselves should check for such flaws. Park TV is obviously outdated and does not meet modern requirements, and there are rather a few Russian programs there for form's sake. Of course, there are some positive aspects. A large area has been cleared of underwater rocks and now it has become much more comfortable to swim, swim and enter the sea. We lived for 12 days , then moved to Regnum , from where we left for Moscow on a free fast track. Now we have arrived for 3 weeks, we also took 2 rooms, and it turns out that this hotel has a fast track for an additional fee ($ 500) in general, there is no loyalty for good customers, and no customer orientation. I liked the room, it was original, but I got the building in a not very good place, you can't sleep, in the evening and at night music screams from both sides, from the disco of my own and the neighboring hotel. The service at this hotel is impressive, there are waiters everywhere, even on the beach! Almost all the staff is Russian-speaking, a lot of our girls work there. About food: In the main TASTING restaurant, in general, there is enough, but the meat is somehow too tight, the main focus is on fish, there are several types of it. And there were also very few toothpicks on the tables, they are nowhere to be found, sugar is everywhere, and toothpicks are not to be found. This is very problematic, especially after such a meal. Another of the disadvantages, I would note the lack of opportunity to use an iron. The clothes are all wrinkled after the flight. And this service is paid, and not cheap, to iron a dress, for example, 7 euros! I think for this level of hotel, an iron should be mandatory. But in general, I really liked it, I recommend it!
