We are coming to this place for the third time! We used to spend the night in loft number 2, this time we stayed in 3. The room is spacious and interesting, with its own large balcony. Excellent, large and soft bed, comfortable mattress. There is a kitchen and a barbecue area on site. I didn't want to leave, especially for the children, because there lives an incredibly charming dog named Eni. The only negative for us was the cold floor in the bathroom and we would like the toilet door to be at least on the hook. Otherwise, everything is fine, a very pleasant place. The host is very hospitable and will always tell you what to see and where to go.

I had a rest in this wonderful place from March 9 to March 16, 2025. The experience is great! Not far from the embankment (a 12-minute walk), at the same time a very calm and quiet place. My husband and I had a vacation in Abkhazia, in Sukhum, and we were absolutely delighted! The place is just wonderful:the cleanest air, beautiful nature, silence-everything disposes to rest and reboot. The house is very cozy, clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the host, an incredibly warm and hospitable person. We felt at home: calm, cozy and with a soul. The room is very clean and comfortable, there is everything for living (air conditioning, microwave oven, refrigerator, hairdryer, washing machine, wi-fi). There is a good grocery store within walking distance, and the city center is only a couple of kilometers away. We will be happy to come again and we are happy to recommend this place to everyone!
